The hotel is ideally situated close to the Summerstrand hub, with rooms that are user-friendly even for individuals with disabilities like myself. The service was fantastic, mirroring the friendly reputation of the city, although the waiting time for assistance due to limited reception staff was a drawback. The location is peacefully quiet, perfect for relaxation by the pool, although the intermittent TV signal was a minor inconvenience. The dining experience was not exceptional, and the price did not match the quality offered. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor areas that could be improved.
